Spanish Property Prices

As you may know the housing market in Spain is facing a severe downturn. Some developers have suspended building and at least one has ceased trading. Despite this, prices remain high with the exception of property for resale as it is now possible for the agent to negotiate a good discount in cases where the owner is looking for a quick sale. This is most noticeable on the Costa Blanca where it has become a “buyers market” for the shrewd investor looking for a holiday home with excellent rental potential.
My associate in Torrevieja has produced a portfolio of property comprising one two and three bedroom villas and apartments situated both inland and on the coast between Guardamar and the Mar Menor.
