Alternatively mortgages can be arranged with 25% deposit.

1) Property can be purchased by 2, 3 or 4 people. Purchasing min 25% of the property.
2) Title deeds will have all the buyers names. Each buyer will have share on the deeds.

Investment Future of Didim

New Golf Course in Altinkum.
Plans for a £22.8 million golf resort in the Turkish holiday resort of Altinkum have been given the go-ahead by local planning officials. A Turkish steel and shipping company, is developing the 18-hole golf course and residential village on a 170 acre site.

New Marina in Altinkum.
Didim Marina, Altinkum will house over six hundered and twenty yachts and have capacity to dry dock another six hundered. The marina plans to facilitate berthing for ‘super yachts’, the largest yachts available that have become the toys of the rich and famous. It will be open for business this summer.
