Property Of The Month - Sunset Court from £33,000.00
Sunset Court is located in the town of Altinkum. Sunset Court comprises of 36 luxury developments of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments, all landscaped to blend in with the breathtaking views.
This beautiful project has been designed and based on a unique concept providing spacious luxury apartments. Most have an unobstructed 300 degree sea and mountain view. Sunset Court is in an excellent location. The complex is located near to recent built marina and golf course and is just ten minutes from Altinkum`s town centre. A traditional Turkish bath and sauna with many more local facilities are a short distance away.
Now is the time to invest in Turkish property while they are still outside the Euro zone. The above property is just one of many my associates have on their books both new and resale with prices from as little £29,500 for a two bedroom apartment.
Unlike Spain where the property market is dormant due to the weak euro, Turkey has become an investors paradise with property prices increasing year on year, a trend which is expected to continue for the foreseeable future.
So whether you are looking for an investment or a holiday home with excellent rental potential why not take advantage of a subsidised viewing trip still only £149. Per person. (See below for flight details from Robin Hood Airport Doncaster)

Extra Seats For Bodrum Flights…
A British airport is allocating extra seats on flights this summer to Bodrum due to high demand. A spokesman for Robin Hood Doncaster Airport said that 15,000 extra spaces will be available on flights this summer as key airlines have increased their capacity. Thomson Airlines, which transports both Thomson and First Choice holiday customers, will be adding its extra seats on key routes to Bodrum and Dalaman, as well as Tunisia, Lanzarote, Malaga and Mahon.
Mike Morton, director of Robin Hood Doncaster Airport, said that Thomson is planning on increasing capacity nine per cent year-on-year. “The growth is a result of strong summer 2010 forward sales and will see Thomson Airways operating two 737-800s and one 737-300 for summer 2011,” he explained. Another of the UK’s regional hubs, East Midlands Airport, recently received a boost as low-cost airline Jet2 launched its inaugural flight from its runway on May 19th. New services to Bodrum, Alicante, Palma, Faro, and Rhodes were also announced, which takes the number of seats available from the airport with Jet2 up to 300,000.
Doncaster Sheffield is Britain’s newest purpose-built airport and handles approximately one million passengers a year.
