Inspection Trips
Please let us know your preferred dates before you book your flights so that, if you wish, we can make all the necessary arrangements including helping you to find accommodation for your stay. Although all costs related to travel and accommodation are paid for by you the client, our partners will refund €500 to every client who buys a property during their visit. This is in addition to any other incentives offered.
One of our team will take you from and to the airport, introduce you to the area and escort you to the properties you wish to view. We believe in the saleability of our products and therefore guarantee not to apply high pressure selling techniques, should you wish time to yourself for reflection whilst here we will not stand in your way.

Contact us for an application form. Based on your specification you will receive a proposed schedule for your visit.
Arrival
A partner will personally welcome you at the airport and take you to your hotel.
Property Viewings
You will be shown around the local area as well as your selected properties.
Consultation Period
Re-assess the properties viewed and establish whether any of them is the right investment for you.
Going Ahead
If Yes - Appoint a solicitor, pay reservation fee, open bank account, arrange finance etc.
Confirmation of your cash-back entitlement if applicable.
If No - Review your requirements and take you back to the airport.
After Sales
We will continue to advise you on any queries you may have and help you to settle into your new home.
Completion
Congratulations! This will take place at the office of the Notary and your chosen solicitor will accompany you.
